You may have a million questions and not know anything about our program, but trust us that you are exactly who the Miss Douglas County Scholarship Program is looking for.
The best experiences in life require taking a leap into the unknown. You will soon discover that many of the volunteers and mentors eagerly waiting to guide you through your journey in this program have been exactly where you are now. We all started from scratch too and this program made such a positive impact on us that we feel compelled to pay it forward. Our mission is building women up so they can take on the world and providing them with skills and connections that will last a lifetime.

One of our biggest selling points is offering scholarships! Since 2007, our local program has awarded over $425,000 in scholarships to women in Douglas County. You do not need prior experience in programs like ours to be successful here. Every participant can walk away with money for college by taking advantage of our Build Your Own Scholarship Program.
Most recently, we awarded over $37,000 to our class of 2025 and everyone walked away with money for college.
