Meet Miss Douglas County’s Teen 2024

Kendyl-Rae Bartz

Kendyl-Rae is a 2024 graduate of Oakland High School and currently a freshman at Oklahoma State University. Her community service initiative is “Living to Lead: Inspiring Today’s Youth to Become Tomorrow’s Leaders” and she performed ventriloquism for the talent portion of competition. In addition to the overall title of Miss Douglas County’s Teen 2024, Kendyl-Rae also received the Top Interview, Top Talent, and Top Fitness awards.

In June, Kendyl-Rae competed at the state competition where she earned the title of Miss Oregon’s Teen 2024! Kendyl-Rae represented Douglas County and Oregon on the national stage when she competed for Miss America’s Teen in January 2025. We are so proud of her journey through the Miss America Opportunity. It all starts at local programs like this one!
